Supranite V01

Made of chemically and thermally exfoliated vermiculite, that gives high-temperature properties comparable to those of compressed asbestos gaskets. It is reinforced by a ultra-thin stainless steel core.

SUPRANITE ® V01, made of chemically and thermally exfoliated vermiculite, provides a very good seal up to 800°C continuous.
SUPRANITE ® V01 is not subject to the oxidation problems suffered by graphite at elevated temperature.
The exfoliated structure of SUPRANITE ® V01 maintain its good seal at high temperatures, unlike conventional mica based gaskets, which contain a large fraction of elastomer binder.
SUPRANITE ® V01 has a very broad chemical compatibility spectrum.
