All Die-Formed Expanded Graphite gaskets are made from SUPRANITE graphite tape. Mainly engineered for Energy sector (nuclear and conventional power plants, etc.), those products are PMUC approved (Approved for Use in Nuclear Power Plants).

Supranite NGN 03 AS
Evolution of Supranite NGN 02 AS. Can be delivered in rings, complete packing sets or boxes containing lengths (coils). Developed and qualified to reduce friction on valve stems. PMUC n°17-0393.
Supranite MGM
Made from compressed graphite inserted between inner and outer stainless steel ring. Recommended for all types of application, and especially the most difficult ones. PMUC n°17-0129.
Supranite NGN 02 AS
PMUC graphite tape reference. More than 20 years of positive feedbacks and returns of experience obtained from plants. PMUC n°17-0077.
Supranite Packing Sets
Packing sets with Supranite NGN 02 AS or Supranite NGN 03 AS rings placed into two anti-extrusion rings in Supranite Packings 242 CP AS or 243 BF AS. Metal insert can be included inside the rings in order to facilitate future extraction. PMUC qualified.
Supranite MG
High Performance Expanded Graphite Gasket. Designed to work under metal / metal contact. PMUC n°17-0200.
Supranite SL2
Made from compressed expanded graphite packing gasket associated with a steel backing ring. This gasket solves two major problems of valves sealing : valve opening, the need to re-machine the valve and the valve sealing surfaces. PMUC n°17-0266.
