Supranite NGN 03 AS
Evolution of Supranite NGN 02 AS. Can be delivered in rings, complete packing sets or boxes containing lengths (coils). Developed and qualified to reduce friction on valve stems. PMUC n°17-0393.
Supranite Packing 243 BF AS
Evolution of Supranite Packing 242 CP AS. Used as anti-extrusion top and bottom rings for valve stem sealing set. Developed and qualified to reduce friction on valve stems. PMUC n°17-0388.
Supranite PG XS
A restructured highly compressible modified PTFE gasket composed with only extra pure PTFE. The specific progressive structure of this quality allows high conformable faces, while ensuring maximum creep resistance. PMUC n°17-0345.
Supranite V01
Made of chemically and thermally exfoliated vermiculite, that gives high-temperature properties comparable to those of compressed asbestos gaskets. It is reinforced by a ultra-thin stainless steel core.
Supranite NGR AS
Made of nuclear grade expanded graphite foils and ultra thin stainless steels, laminated in a multi-layer structure capable of withstanding high stresses. The graphite and stainless steel are bonded without glue by an exclusive physico-chemical process that gives outstanding cohesion. PMUC n°17-0214.
Supranite MGM
Made from compressed graphite inserted between inner and outer stainless steel ring. Recommended for all types of application, and especially the most difficult ones. PMUC n°17-0129.
Supranite PG AC
Composed of a homogenous bundle of PTFE fibers having an isotropic structure, resulting in high level of resistance to creep relaxation compared with conventional PTFE gaskets. PMUC n°17-0156.
Supranite PG AC F
High performing solution compatible with any chemical fluids, including concentrated fluorhydric acid and concentrated nitric acid. PMUC n°17-0217.
Supranite NGR
Made of high purity expanded graphite foils and ultra thin stainless steels laminated sheets in a multi-layer structure capable of withstanding high stresses.
Supranite PG VF
Made of chemically and thermally exfoliated vermiculite reinforced by synthetic fibres, in a matrix that gives higher mechanical properties than conventional elastomeric fibers gaskets at high temperature.
Supranite VS
Consists of a mixture of fibers associated with chemically and thermally exfoliated vermiculite. Compatible with most acids.
Supranite PGX 30 SRN
Comprises an homogeneous mixture of silicate fibres reinforced by synthetic fibres through an «X» – structured mesh that contributes multi-directional high mechanical strength. PMUC n°17-0125.
Supranite 2400
Compressed sheet material based on a blend of organic and inorganic fibers with a nitrile rubber binder system. Versatile and reliable solution.
Supranite Packing 557 EF
Developed for effective valve fugitive emission reduction. Constructed from exfoliated graphite tape reinforced with a specific Inconel ® mesh, treated with a graphited lubricant reducing frictions and a corrosion inhibitor.
Supranite Packing 545
Made entirely of thin graphite filaments having a High Specific Modulus and high mechanical properties, coated with a thin film of PTFE to facilitate fitting and running in. Increases packing-box life in most applications.
Supranite Packing 602
Made from high-density diagonal braiding of two complementary synthetic yarns : one with high mechanical strength, while the other provides excellent self-lubricating properties and facilitates the dissipation of heat generated by friction. PMUC n°17-0128.
Supranite Packing 530
Consists of very thin filaments of spectroscopically pure PTFE. Features outstanding chemical compatibility as it contains no other lubrification compound (oil,…) than pure PTFE dispersion.
Supranite Packing 601
Made from high-density diagonal braiding of synthetic and silicate yarns with high mechanical resistance. Associated with a chemically inert lubricant impregnated.
Supranite Packing 251 VR AS
The reference for PMUC braided packing used in nuclear power control valves. PMUC n°17-0019.
